Office Staff & Design

The experience of painless dentistry does not start during the procedure itself. In fact, a painless and anxiety-free visit at our office starts from the moment a patient walks in, being greeted by our warm front desk staff, and guided through the check in process. We believe that your relationship with the entire dental team—not just the doctors—adds to your confidence in our practice and makes your visit as smooth and as anxiety-free as possible. Our modern facilities include a large and relaxing waiting room, where patients may relax prior to their appointment or wait for friends and family members they’ve accompanied while they are being seen by our doctors and staff.

Examination

Your experience continues in the exam room, where our doctors use several anxiety-reducing measures that aid in an experience for painless dentistry. Our use of high-definition intra-oral cameras to take photographs of patients’ teeth provides patients a clear demonstration on large TV monitors, as we explain the reasoning and need behind each treatment. Additionally, our doctors have employed the use of 3D intraoral scanners to scan your teeth and provide a 3D model of your mouth. This interactive model allows us to view your teeth from different angles in an effort to give you a better understanding of your treatment.

Clear Communication

Our doctors and staff prioritize spending as much time as possible in your exam to clearly explain and answer questions about all the recommended treatment. We take our consultations and exams very seriously, in an effort to provide you with a space to ask questions as we carefully explain your type and timeline of treatment. During procedures following exams and consultations, we also make sure to establish an open forum of communication, so that patients know exactly what to expect before, during, and after any treatment being rendered.

Painless Anesthesia

The majority of our patients return based off our #1 attribute—to provide painless anesthesia, known as Miracle Anesthesia. We recognize that many patients completely avoid visiting the dentist because they are afraid of feeling pain during the administration of anesthetic, or during the procedure itself. Therefore, we have catered our practice to specifically target these anxious patients, and to provide a painless dental experience. All of our doctors have been trained with specific techniques to ensure that our patients have a very minimal—or completely absent—sensation during the administration of anesthetic. Our patients of many years report that their fear of going to the dentist has diminished significantly due single-handedly to the techniques of Miracle Anesthesia.
